We may receive a counter offer. Don't be intimidated! We'll discuss it, or propose your own counter offer. Market conditions determine how aggressively we negotiate the contract.
Within two days after we and the selling party agree on ters, good faith or earnest money deposit of the agreed upon amount is due to selling brokerage.
Within the 5 days, we will do an inspection of the home and we will work with an attorney to review important documents for your purchase.
Because you've been pre-approved, this shouldn't be take long. But you need to say in close contact with your lender. I'll manage all the property information your mortgage lender needs to close the loan. Expediency is important here, making sure you get any and all documents to the lender as quickly as possible.
You'll get an estimate of closing costs from your lender. It must contain all closing costs and fall within a tight range of accuracy.
